At TriniMarket, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our rules regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Because we are a multi-vendor marketplace, policies may vary slightly by vendor, but the following sets our standard expectations.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Downloadable software
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Newspapers or magazines

Partial Refunds May Be Issued (If Applicable)

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, games, or software
  • Any item not in its original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your card issuer—it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is processed. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
